PROJECT INFORMATION

DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the study is to identify and study the clinical and social impact of subacute chronic coronavirus disease in patients who survived more than 30 days after cure of the acute process. To this end, the associated symptomatology, the use of health resources and the impact on the patients' working life will be analyzed and characterized.
In addition to the main objective described above, the study includes the following secondary objectives:
1) Improve early identification of individuals at high risk of post-acute COVID-19.
2) Characterize cohorts of patients based on demographic and clinical variables and use of healthcare resources; Orient healthcare practice towards activities that generate relevant health outcomes for the patient and per unit of expenditure produced; Increase the efficiency of healthcare processes and optimize operating costs.
3) Personalize and improve patient care through massive data analysis; Promote patient participation in the care process by recording patient-reported outcomes and experiences.
4) Contribute to the digital transformation of the Department. de Salud Valencia La Fe and the Valencia La Fe Health Department. Health Clínico-Malvarrosa.
