DESCRIPTION

The overall objective of the project is to improve the care provided to patients with severe chronic diseases in advanced stages that affect many aspects of their quality of life, as well as that of their families and caregivers. This type of care is known as palliative care or hospice care and, also recently, as supportive care.

Success stories

The objective of the trial is to compare different care programs aimed at improving the quality of life of patients over 65 years of age with severe chronic diseases that affect their quality of life and their families. ICT tools are used within the framework of the study.
