PROJECT INFORMATION

DESCRIPTION

In recent years, data distribution technologies have been gaining momentum. Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs) have positioned themselves, both in the scientific community, industry and society.

In this line, ITI launches the DELTA project, aimed at bringing companies closer to the use of different disruptive technologies such as Blockchain/DLT. Thus, through the use of the Blockchain tools developed, the adoption of new technologies in a business environment will be facilitated.

Currently, these processes require advanced knowledge in the field. The DELTA project will facilitate the processes to be faced in the adaptation phase, i.e. installation, configuration and interaction.

To achieve the objective, DELTA will provide two tools, potentially combinable with each other. The first will be a DLT node deployer, oriented to some of the most developed and established technologies, such as Hyperledger Fabric or Quorum. This deployer will allow, through a simple configuration, the automatic and customized deployment of one or several DLT nodes and their subsequent interconnection to form the corresponding network. In addition, to facilitate data query, the DLT will be synchronized with instances of some database technology in the nodes, thus facilitating access to the stored information.
