DESCRIPTION

The TecnomiFood Network enables companies to demonstrate the beneficial effects of the functional foods and nutraceuticals they produce, making the omics sciences fundamental tools for improving knowledge of the impact of nutrition and innovation in new products on the prevention of the risk of developing pathologies and promoting an increasingly precise diet that improves the well-being of society in general.

The TecnomiFood Network enables companies to demonstrate the beneficial effects of the functional foods and nutraceuticals they produce, making the omics sciences fundamental tools for improving knowledge of the impact of nutrition and innovation in new products on the prevention of the risk of developing pathologies and promoting an increasingly precise diet that improves the well-being of society in general.

Impact

The TecnomiFood Network is being promoted to change this situation, making available to the industrial sector a system of cooperating Technology Centers that brings together, in a single infrastructure, everything needed to solve difficulties, take advantage of opportunities and anticipate trends in the industrial sector of ingredients and functional foods.
