INFORMATION ABOUT EQUIPMENT/INFR.
DESCRIPTION / SCOPE
Cyber-physical systems laboratory: Intelligent devices for development and prototyping of Cities and Buildings. Autonomous Systems Laboratory: Intelligent devices for the development and prototyping of highly dynamic scenarios, including autonomous vehicles (drones). Laboratory formed by heterogeneous physical and digital devices that interact with each other, offering services to other devices through IoT platforms. This laboratory simulates a smart city where multiple services are coordinated to offer new services. Autonomic computing techniques have been applied on IoT solutions to allow prototyping self-adaptive solutions. The laboratory consists of devices such as Raspberry Pi, Intel Galileo and various Arduinos, which allow us to develop 'smart things' on which to deploy (micro)services, and/or human interaction services. We also have more elaborate models that prototype services in the field of Smart Cities, such as a small fleet of (autonomous/programmable) vehicles, several houses, drones and traffic light controllers, etc.
