DESCRIPTION

Demand Sensing is the necessary first strategic step towards the implementation of an End to End supply system to connect customer demand with product supply. An important paradigm shift with respect to the classical view of internal efficiency of the processes individually.

It is carried out through the implementation of a customized algorithmic application in each of the processes that make up the Supply Chain: Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement. In this way, a dynamic and flexible chain that varies with demand is built, as well as a true Process Management under a single data and common objective.

Demand Sensing manages to define the exact references and quantities available at each point of consumption, with significant stock reductions throughout the supply chain and results in profitability and economic and social sustainability.

POSSIBILITIES

Algorithms allow to optimize some of the key variables involved in Supply Chain, product by product: Reduce minimum stocks, reduce procurement to/from distribution centers, properly order production.
